Be sure to wash, and remove skin of your fruits and veggies.

Remove the skin of waxed cucumbers.

A spoon tip will remove ginger skin easily.

 

Juicer

Half a pineapple

1 cucumber

generous handful of fresh mint

1-2 inches of ginger

Add each ingredient and enjoy.
